President and Chief Executive
Marco has spent over twenty years working at the intersection of cooperative finance and SME credit in Central Italy, having previously held senior roles at regional banking institutions before joining Confidi Centro Nord. He oversees the organisation's strategic direction, regulatory relationships, and governance framework. Under his leadership, the cooperative has significantly expanded both its membership base and its guarantee capacity.
Head of Credit and Risk
Giulia leads the credit analysis and risk management function, bringing fifteen years of experience in SME credit assessment and portfolio management from her prior career at a leading Italian commercial bank. She has designed the cooperative's internal credit scoring model and counter-guarantee eligibility framework. Giulia is responsible for maintaining the health of the collective guarantee fund on behalf of all members.
Director of Member Relations
Stefano is the primary point of contact between the cooperative's management and its membership, managing a regional team of business relationship officers across Central and Northern Italy. He has a background in business development and financial advisory, with a particular focus on manufacturing and agri-food SMEs. Stefano ensures that member needs are accurately understood and reflected in the products and services Confidi Centro Nord develops.
Legal and Compliance Officer
Valentina manages all regulatory compliance, contractual documentation, and legal governance matters for the cooperative, working closely with the Board of Directors and external supervisory authorities. She holds postgraduate qualifications in Italian and European financial regulation and has advised on the implementation of several Banca d'Italia supervisory updates affecting confidi organisations.
